We posted about some enthusiastic Chinese designer posting some photoshopped PSP phone snaps online. It would be terribly awesome if Sony and Sony Ericsson together could make it work. In fact, there were such rumors floating around the web past 2-3 years without coming to news though. But now it seems possible.

Asked about Sony Ericsson’s plans to help Sony bring a PlayStation handset to the market, Hirokazu Ishizuka, corporate vice president and head of Asia-Pacific for the handset maker, hinted that something is in the works but he didn’t offer details.

“What I can say today is that what we’re trying to do is make sure our users can enjoy PlayStation gaming titles with our phones. We’re not ready to mention anything about that [handset],” Ishikzuku said in an interview on Tuesday.

Sony Ericsson will have more to say about its PlayStation plans, “when the time comes,” said Peter Ang, the company’s vice president of marketing for Asia-Pacific. ^

This would be a huge boost for mobile gamers. As of now, iPhone is the most popular mobile gaming device. Of course it comes no where close to the PSP.  And if  Sony Ericsson and Sony could integrate PSP with a phone, it would just revolutionize the mobile gaming platform.

Tata Docomo, today launched a new tariff plan called “Rollover Plan” for all its enterprise customers.

Under this plan, all the Tata Docomo enterprise customers can carry forward their unused free talk time and SMS for a period of 3 months by paying a specific monthly fee of Rs 500, Rs 799, Rs 1000 or Rs 1999. For example, under RO 1099, the user is offered 2500 hrs of free local calls and 1200 hrs of free STD calls per month. The customers can then carry forward the unused free talk time and SMS each month for a period of 3 consecutive months.

It seems like Nokia India has finally started displaying mobile prices on their website. And For Good!

As we enter any device page, there is a scrolling marquee which tells you the recommended price of that particular device in your place. For Example: Rs 10,383 in MP and Maharashtra, Rs 10,568 in Chattisgarh and Rs 9,599 for Nokia E63 in Rest of India.

Update: As Clintonjeff pointed out below, It seems like the pricing is shown only on Nokia E63 and not on other devices.  We wonder when Nokia will start displaying Prices for Other Phones as well.
